How do I sign up for training or purchase a support package?

You can contact us by phone or by opening a ticket on the Support Center.


Can I pay you by credit card?

Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and also offer payment through PayPal upon request.


Is there a time limit on the Prepaid Support Packages?

No, you can use those packages at your convenience.


Do you offer on-site support?

Currently, we offer on-site support in the Metro Atlanta area. Please note: on-site visits are billed at a higher rate to cover travel time & expenses. See the FAQ’s on the Accountware Solutions, Inc. website for pricing.
