What is Included in Do-It-Yourself Payroll

Use of payroll software system for client to process unlimited pay periods per month, client’s use of e-filing for all payroll taxes, electronic filing of all monthly, quarterly and annual reports – including W2s.

Setup Fees 

Fee for entry of Company and Employee Information is $50 for up to 5, and equal to monthly fee for 6 or more. Client may enter own information for free.

Direct Deposit

The option to pay your employees via Direct Deposit is included in the Monthly Fee.

Multi-State Processing

Pricing includes calculations for one state. For more than one state, each additional state is $14 per month.

User Support 

Technical Support is available via email & telephone. Help with Software Based Issues is included in the Monthly Fee. Assistance for all other issues, including manual reporting/corrections will be billed at a rate of $50/hour.

Clients may request assistance with payroll notices received via fax & email. We will research the notice at no charge. If error is due to system, the notice will be resolved at no charge. If error is due to client, time spent on resolving it will be billed at a rate of $50/hour.

1099-MISC Processing 

Independent contractors can be setup and paid through system. Year End processing of the 1099 forms are billed at a flat rate of $50 for up to 20 contractors. Printing and mailing will be billed at $1 per contractor, emailed with password protection no additional charge.

Printing Paychecks 

We recommend clients print own paychecks, or will provide checks. Charge for envelopes – $0.10/per envelope. Folding, stuffing & custom inserts is offered at an additional charge – $0.25/per envelope. For physical checks, we can overnight for additional charge.
